None delivery of an assignment that halts my graduation and took months of putting together and no copies could be made as it is 200 pages with signatures of critical stakeholders

I submitted my Unisa assignment on the 26th of September to this day it hasn't reached the university. This assignment is very critical as it cannot just be resubmitted. It is a portfolio of evidence that took 25 days of practicals that contains signatures of critical stakeholders. I have tried to speak to skynet about locating it and they are telling me they can't find it. My whole career depends on this assignment being submitted. This is completely unacceptable.. Please assist.. I have evidence that it was last at the Isando branch via the tracking system.
