NON EXSISTANT SERVICE

Pathetic.

They do not answer the phones nor the messages sent on whatsapp. If the decide to answer on whatsapp they ask for a waybill number. And thats it. My parcel had to be delivered no later than 26 June 2025, today is the 2nd of July 2025 and still nothing. Only saying the address can not be found. But funny enough the address is the exact same as where my husband works and where they delivered a parcel 3 days earlier. Also no use to send a email. They have not even tried to make contact via email or phone call to say they are having trouble finding the address.
