Non delivery/Poor service

Skynet is the worst courier company our there. Our order was delivered to an incorrect address yesterday. The signee is not the my husband, but you need an ID for the order to ge delivered, oh and a utility bill. So how does a T Cooper accept and receive. You can't get through to an agent or a call back via the WhatsApp portal. There is no attempt to contact us from this Skynet courier. The service provider, Telkom is no help either.

How do we get this parcel of the courier is not responding to Telkom. How can they use this courier with no customer service at all. They don't care at all. I won't even get feedback om emails sent to them either. This is the reality of Skynet take your order, deliver to someone else and forget about the original customer. Maybe they feeling the Christmas spirit and are in a giving mood.
