NON Delivery waybill ***

I waited over 2 weeks for an important delivery of a documents. Now been sitting on the phone for 20 minutes.

The system confirms that the parcel has been sent out for delivery however it does not arrive.

Eventually the call centre answers and I'm told the system has a problem!! Sorry not acceptable
