Non-delivery since Tuesday

If it was possible to rate them 0 I would, my shipment has been out for delivery everyday since Tuesday and it’s not being delivered. I called the call centre and only spoke to a consultant after 30 minutes of holding and they advised that they will deliver before 17:00 which was on Wednesday it is now Thursday after 21:00. My license disc is always delivered by them no problems but what I’m experiencing now I’m beyond shocked.
