Non-Delivery of UNISA Material
Appalling Service!!! My UNISA study material went out for delivery on Thursday, on Friday both Ntombi and Mpho in customer services department spoke to the driver who promised to deliver by 18h00 on Friday. No books yet and they don't work on Saturday!

Also note that due to the strike at Unisa there is a delay and Skynet's arrangement with Unisa is that we ( Skynet ) have 5 working days to deliver once the study material reach us, this consignment was received on the 20 January 2016.
