Non delivery of study material

I received a message asking me to contact the company's Pinetown branch regarding my study material on 14 January 2015, which I duly responded to on 16 January 2015. The lady who received my call asked to call me back in a short while, which she never did. I called again on 19 January 2015 and spoke to a Sharon as they had no record of my previous call and I did not take down the said lady's name. Sharon also gave the same story of calling back soon and she never did. I have since contacted this company two more times, on 29 January Sharon was not available and the lady who took her call also promised to call me back, nothing. Today , 02/02/2015 between 14:13 to 14:20, I called non- stop and no answered the phone. I would like to know from this company if I must wait till my exams are over to receive my study material? The service I have been given is absolute trash for a so called worldwide company.
