Non delivery of my parcel for over 2 weeks now
My parcel was delivered at their centre on the 25th of September 2023, and I haven’t received nor heard anything from them.
Their service is terrible, no one knows what’s going on there and I have already paid for such a terrible service.
If only I knew I would have gone myself to the licensing department to renew my car disc.
No one knows where my parcel is, this is really not acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this nonsense of the company to anyone.

This morning I received an sms telling me that my parcel is out for delivery but 10 hours later my parcel hasn’t been delivered and no one is saying anything to me.
