Non Delivery, lies and bad service

They are totally unreliable. I have been waiting for a week for my Standard Bank sim card to be delivered. They come up with excuse that no one was available to sign for the package but my mom is permanently at home. Their agents lie and promise delivery on a Saturday, when i followed up i was told they dont do deliveries on weekends. They returned my sim to the bank and now i have to wait another week in hopes that i will get my sim card. all my stuff is linked to my number/card
