NON DELIVERY

i am so defeated This company delivered to a wrong address , been waiting for my parcel then boom the sms says that i received a parcel only to find out they delivered somewhere where i don't know, I've been home waiting for my parcel they didn't even bother to call me, when i follow up on call center it takes 20 min to get answered and still they cant help me, they ended up cutting my call
