Non delivery

I was promised my delivery this past Tuesday. I received a message to say they were unable to deliver, which is untrue as there is no record of them arriving at the main gate to be buzzed in by me. Sat at home Wednesday waiting for the delivery, same thing Thursday. Thursday I called and was put through to 4 different people and departments to be told my parcel had been delivered. I phoned them back to say it hadn't been and they then admitted this was an error and I would receive my parcel by that afternoon. Needles to stay nothing was delivered. Friday I called a couple of times and was told eventually late in the afternoon by a branch manager that the driver was involved in an accident, but that I would definately receive my parcel Saturday! Needles to say I havent received anything yet, so once again I called, only to be told that it would be Monday! This means I would have been sitting at home for an entire week! This is totally unacceptable! I will Will never again use any company that uses skynet for deliveries
