No updates, takes weeks for a delivery

I have a parcel that's been saying "in delivery" since the 18th of April. There has been zero updates from skynet since. This morning it says delivery has to be rescheduled. I tried phoning, I am always caller number 50 something, the WhatsApp line never replies. I am utterly disgusted. I am laying a complaint with Temu as well, this is ridiculous. However, Temu is not at fault, as that parcel has been in the country for weeks now.
