No updates on where parcels are!

I ordered my SHEIN on the 26th of September 2025, with speedaf my order was delivered within 6 days and I have received constant updates on my package, however with Skynet their service is *******, they use automated responses for everything and they do not update us on the whereabouts of our parcels. I do take accountability for having 1 custom item but that does not mean it shout take so long to at least provide me with feedback on the whereabouts of my package. I need my package to be delivered by the 10th!!!!
