NO TRACKING ON PARCELS OR DELIVERY

I am very disappointed by the lack of communication from their side. Its just the usually practice of taking your money and then no further assistance. I have booked two parcels trough Rush Couriers with Skynet, the one parcel I waited 4 days to be collected after I send an email to follow up, the other parcel was booked as an overnight parcel, where I paid them R300 and 4 days later that parcel has still not reach the client and there is NO tracking details for any of these parcels on their site. I have called, emailed them without any success or assistance asking the progress of the parcels. This has now cost me financially and my business. Extremely disappointing.
