No Study Material Since 30 June 2015

It hasn't been an easy task tracking my study material tracking number from Unisa after countless emails and unanswered calls, but eventually someone came to my rescue. With my tracking number at hand I looked it up on Skynets website and saw that Skynet received my books on 01 July. Between then and now, I still don not have my study pack, I called the branch (Tuesday 21 July) and got hold of a lady by the name of Dorah who has been very helpful, at first I was told that the books where delivered to me on 02 July and when I asked who signed for them, I was told the parcel was signed for by an \unknown person"how is that possible"
