No Shynet suppose be delivered in 48 hours pfff

Awaiting parcel since 20/06/2023 today is the 30/06/2023 no parcel, according to track on there site last update was in the 24/06/2023. I also made a few calls with references and still no parcel only to be to it will be delivered after 14:00 on the day I made the calls. What a BS of a company is this. I would like a call from them to call them out as useless in which they now proven. O and my husband was called to confirm the delivery address. Don't know if this is just a case of incompetence or sabotage.
