No show then blame consignee for not being available - Terrible!

Same experience as most of the people complaining here. My parcel is 'out of delivery by 5pm today'. I changed my plans to ensure I was home and available for 3 consecutive days. At 7pm, they send messages to say the delivery failed because "consignee not available". When was I not available if you didnt even try? No hooting, no phone call, but then you say Im not available?

Such terrible service!
