No show on scheduled delivery
I'm expecting and order from Vodacom. My delivery was scheduled for today but never arrived. When I called the call centre I was told that the parcel was out on delivery but they where not able to reach the driver. This is unacceptable as we reschedule our lives to be at home and wait for delivery...for a no show? Worst courier service I've ever experienced.

This morning someone from the courier company contacted me to arrange delivery for today, and again they have not shown up after I had to re-schedule my day to wait 4 them.
This afternoon I made a call to follow-up, but was told that my parcel is scheduled for delivery on Thursday- so why lie to me and waste my time today?
