By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Calling the call center is absolutely useless. My parcel eventually arrived today. I renewed my license disc on the 5th Dec. The driver mentioned that there was no one working at the call center and barely anyone at the depot. If you're as frustrated as I am, file a complaint on wendyknowler.co.za and email ***
