No service, no response. It is as if they have gone out of business

It is 2 weeks and counting waiting for our delivery. The last update on the tracking information was on the morning of the 26th November (it is now the 10th December), stating the package was out for delivery. No one picks up the phone, no one responds on the whatsapp line and I don't have much optimism about getting a response to my email. It is as if they have gone out of business.
