No service, no contact, no accountability.

I am hugely disappointed with Skynet and am frankly shocked that they are still in business based on their poor level of service. I upgraded my Vodacom account over a week ago and was informed by Vodacom 3 days ago that my new handset had been handed over to Skynet for delivery yet it took until today to even get a message from Skynet informing me they will deliver today, on getting this message I tried to contact Skynet via their supp**** Whatsapp number and received no response in 5 hours so I called them on their main number but even after 3 calls lasting 10 minutes+ had no answer. This service is absolutely shocking and I sincerely hope Vodacom cancels their contract with Skynet.
