No service from Skynet Worldwide Express

The driver was lying saying that nobody was available to receive a package. ( Delivery Exception: Consignee not available) I phoned and spent such time waiting for my call to be attended to. The lady from customer care promised that the same driver would deliver the package later today. According to the tracking of the package it was out for delivery again today at 9:40. It seems as if the driver will not deliver today (most likely with the same excuse) - already 18:30. I sent an e-mail, got an immediate response that Skynet will contact me within an hour - that’s also not going to happen today. Will I make use of their services in future? I doubt that!
