NO SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!

Worst courier company I have ever dealt with, parcel arrived last week in Dbn and a week later it still has not been delivered, I have phoned twice, promised delivery did not happen, apparently vehicle broken down that was on Monday, today is Thursday and still no sight of delivery, Phoning is a joke as you wait for ages. This is a lesson never to use them again as they are absolutely hopeless.
