NO service

I had adelivery from Vodacom and NO contact was done from the Skynet team to reconfirm or arrange delivery. packages thus return with NO attempt to contact me or to check if the address was correct.

Now i have to rearrange my delivery wtih Vodacom due to lack of service or even contact from Skynet!!
