No sense of urgency to deliver goods

This Company is whack honestly, their WhatsApp Communication has a technical issue for us days. My package has arrived at the Airport but they don't bother to collect it nor update me. What ****es me off the urgency from them in regards to payment for delivery but they don't expedite my delivery 😏
