No response to email and parcel not delivered on the expected date

I’m writing a review on behalf of my Sister who have been waiting for her parcel for a week now. She tried sending an email notifying the company that her contact have changed and there’s no response. We’re here wondering what’s gonna happen to the parcel because it has been a week.
