NO RESPONSE OR ANSWERING OF CALLS, MESSAGES OR EMAILS

Terrible service. I received an SMS saying my parcel is out for delivery. After calling the number MULTIPLE times to ask them to maybe change the address or move delivery date to tomorrow, I emailed them AND sent a WhatsApp. The website "bot" stops responding when you ask to speak to an agent, same with the WhatsApp bot. I asked to speak to an agent and it says "Please hold while we transfer your query to an agent" after holding for 15 minutes I received no response. I then followed up and I have to start all over again. Again I get the message "Please hold while we transfer your query to an agent" now it's been 2 hours and there is no response so I could not tell them that there is no one home. It's been about 3 hours... No call, email or ANYTHING. Finally I get a call from the poor driver who was waiting there at my gate. I tried to get hold of my neighbors... unfortunately they are also not there. The driver was nice enough to wait about 10minutes, then he asked if he could leave it in the post box. I am soo disappointed with this service. Wish I could give 0 stars to be honest.
