no response from Skynet

Looks like the platform to use to het help from Skynet. I have phone there only phone number available. no answer. I have pressed every number from 1 to 6 no answer. I used there whatsapp to try and chat with theme no answer. I also emailed with no response. It looks like skynet's only employee is off or resigned.
