No parcel delivery even now 6 days later

I have recieved an sms on the 8th May saying they are out on delivery with my parcel but I still have not recieved it, today is the 13th May, for a parcel that should have taken 3-5 days. This parcel is my cars license disc's and I have to drive on the road without it. When I called today, the person at the call center placed it on the tracking system that they had left at 09h26, the time I called. Still nothing and there is no way that it only left at 09h00 is that was the case.
