No interest in my little problem

I have a parcel that has been here for 7 weeks now and I cannot lay my hands on it. First it was detained by customs then they needed a payment and documentation, they got it nearly 4 weeks ago, now they want more payment but for someone else's parcel and no one can or will help. I talk to someone today some one tomorrow and nothing happens, never mind my customers waiting for their goods, Skynet you are pathetic
