NO DELIVEY, NO ITEM, NO SERVICE, TOOK MY MONEY!

The most ********** experience ever! I paid my fee for delivery THREE MONTHS AGO and still have not received my package! Skynet apparently arrived for a delivery attempt to a clear BUSINESS OFFICE address on a SUNDAY, which our office building security confirmed did not actually take. Thereafter SKYNET simply refused to respond to any communication at all! To date, I have not received any response, or a refund, nor do I have my very expensive package I bought!!! I now see, three months later, that they have changed the status of my delivery to "****** in transit." I sat for hours on the phone and have sent numerous complaint emails. They have taken my money with NO DELIVERY of my (expensive) item I purchased, and no one answering any communication at all! This is just the same as *****ing.
