No delivery two weeks now

Im fed up with skynet and their poor service. I've been told that i will receive my study pack 2 weeks ago.. Whenever i call, its either they put me on hold until im out of airtime or they promise to deliver it the next day.. I have an assignment to submit next week which will allow me to sit for an examination. If i don't submit it, then its a fail for me. I wish unisa could just send out study pack through post office. A guy by the name of Katlego assured me that i will receive my study pack before the end of the day. When i call them, they tell me about their so called drivers who are currently tired. I hope this mess will be sorted out before my submission date for assignment.. My waybill is UNPG***. SKYNET is really pathetic
