No delivery time provided

I have been dealing with Skynet for at least 12 years. Sending and receiving educational matter. Despite repeated requests they refuse to phone me to advise me when to expect a delivery or a pick-up time. This means I have to sometimes wait for hours until the driver arrives. This is pathetic and Skynet need to pull their socks up. Their service is unacceptable and they would not get away with it in a 1st world country.
