No delivery till now since 28 December 2024

I'm so very disappointed with this courier service. My vodacom order was dispatched on 28 Dec still now it has not delivered to me. I'm very very angry when you try to call Durban branch they cut off the call. The was a man on Monday who called and ask about my address and he told me it too far and he will not give me my order when I try to report no one is helping me. I need my parcel because I will be the one who is paying monthly not you.
