NO DELIVERY-SKYNET!

Skynet has no customer service and I believe their computer system is archaic and gives incorrect information. I was informed by Incredible Connection Online (Another example of a company that I USE to hold in high esteem ) that a package was delivered at my address.It actually was never delivered!! Thinking ***** I called them because their online tracking was given a delivery message!! Eventually after 15 minutes waiting for a response they located the package .I pleaded with the lady to keep it and resend it and to inform me if it's actuallydelivery I found out 2 days later it was send back to incredible connection! I DON'T HAVE WORDS .A BUSINESS FALLS ON POOR SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
