No delivery or response

I have mailed. Whatsapped and phone skynet from 4 April. Delivery was confirmed eventually on 11 April for the 12th of April. Still no delivery. Been on the phone again for over an hour today and sent a WhatsApp. No response. Eventually got through the waiting line on the phone to be answered and call just got dropped
