NO DELIVERY OF MY UNISA STUDY MATERIAL: UNPD103234

I, Ayanda Mtshali, received an SMS from Skynet on 13/07/2015 confirming that my parcel (UNPD***) has been dispatched from UNISA and delivery to me will be within 4 to 6 days. It is now the 22/07/2015 and I have not received by parcel!!!!!<br> <br> I called Skynet on ***and spoke to Florence then Cutie and Thandeka who could not trace where my parcel is, I was told they will call me back but no one did. <br> <br> Today I called again on *** to speak to Thandeka and was put through to their warehouse on ***. Thandeka said my parcel was taken by a driver called Donny on 15/07/2015, I called Donny on *** and he said he does not have my parcel.<br> <br> Unisa gave my study material to Skynet and Skynet does not know where my parcel is!!!!!!. I have an assignment due soon and cannot do it without my study material that was given to Skynet.<br> <br> I NEED my study material from Skynet as in yesterday !!! This is bad service and I wonder why UNISA would use Skynet's services.<br> <br>
