No delivery, no support.

<p>I ordered some Christmas gifts on Takealot.com, to be deliverded on 23 Dec to my sister in Durban. <br />On the 23rd, my sister got a phonecall around 6am to say the parcel would be delivered soon. It did not arrive.<br />On the 24th, I traced the phonecall that my sister got, and found out it was from the courier, Skynet. I tried all the phone numbers I could find for them, and every different department, but nobody was anwering the phones. Finally, one person anwered but could not assist. In an attempt to help, he gave me the number for the person who supposedly handles Takealot parcels, Stacey. She did not answer either of the two numbers I was given for her.<br />It is now the 26th.<br />The Christmas gifts never arrived. Takealot cannot handle large volumes and is painfully lacking in the service department. They do not keep in contact with their courier, so together with the unprofessional service from Skynet, they make a useless and frustrating combination that I would not recommend to anyone.</p>
