No delivery - No service

My story reads exactly as all the rest. I received an SMS to say that the parcel is on it's way on 2 December. Nothing arrived!!! I have been calling their Call Centre since 7am - when they are supposed to open, yet the message says they are only open at 7am. So that means they don't even open their call centre when they say they will. I am disgusted by the fact that the Road Trafic Management Company sends vehicle license disks via a company that gets such bad ratings and that clearly does not care about customers.
