No delivery

I recently got a Samsung phone which comes out with a promotional Samsung watch. Samsung confirmed that my claim for a promotional was successful and I will receive it between 14 and 21 working days. On 17th day I made a call to Samsung to enquire about the watch as I had not received it yet, so Samsung told me that the watch has already been delivered by Skynet to someone called Dee Mashavela. I asked for a POD, they emailed and I checked our security, there in no one with name and also checked receptionist office, no one with that name. I have calling Skynet to get an explanation, they are not helping me, the last call I made they made me talk to the driver who "delivered" my watch to someone I am not even related to, and he promised to resolve the case by the end of the week and also told me a Skynet manager will call, nothing happened when that day arrived.
