No delivery and no communication

It’s about two weeks now waiting for my licence disc. It shows that it’s in Mahikeng. When I call. No one answers . I’ve been holding for more than 30 minutes. Even on WhatsApp there is no response. I have to travel but I can’t because my disc is not here
