No delivery and blatant lies from Skynet

Ordered an item from Samsung SA. Promised delivery for the following day. Handed off to Skynet that same day. Received an SMS from Skynet that item was out for delivery at 07:15 from Elandsfontein. Promised by 17:00. Waited hours after the expected delivery time. Skynet then updated their waybill to say, "Consignee not available", at 19:42. This is a blatant lie. No one from Skynet turned up at all!! No wonder your ratings suck. I am taking this up with Samsung as well. Wake up Skynet, before it's too late!
