No delivery and bad service

skynet has to be the most pathetic courier company I have ever used in my life. my parcel was shipped from UK on the 3rd of April 2019. Firstly they never bothered to inform me about the customs duties that needed to be paid after they changed their policies on 1 April 2019. I ordered and paid for my item on the 27th of March 2019 and still had to pay. Anyway I paid because I want this parcel as it is a gift for someone . So to cut the long sorry short my parcel finally arrived in cape town ,received an email to say that they will send My parcel to me on the 15th of May 2019 . Today is the 22nd of May 2019 and still have not received anything. I will write a review to the internal company expressing my disappointment as I was promised 7-8 business day delivery and not two months.
