No delivery and atrocious customer service

Placed an order on Shein which normally takes 8 days to deliver with Buffalo but im fast approaching 3 weeks waiting for SKYNET COURIERS SA to deliver.

Why the hell would a parcel meant for Johannesburg be taken to Pretoria warehouse???
