NO DELIVERY AFTER 2 DAYS FROM SKYNET

I received an sms on 20/11/24 at 10.45 informing me that my vehicle disc renewal would be delivered on that day. I was home all day and no disc or follow up sms to inform me of the status. On 21/11/2024 and after countless emails enquiring, I received an email informing me that the driver is on the way. The number to enquire is never answered. I called several times all to no avail. I will never renew my licence online through FNB and have it NOT couriered by Skynet. Most disappointing performance.
