NO DELIVERY
I have ordered a parcel from Shein. Shein is using Buffalo courier service. The third party Buffalo is using is Skynet.
When I checked the tracking of my parcel, it shows that on the 10th and the 12th my parcel was out for delivery.
They never contacted me regarding the parcel, to tell me they are delivering.
Since yesterday I've been calling nin-stop, they just let it ring or cancel the call. There is no additional number were you can get hold of them.
I see their rating on google is only a 2, and I know about a few people who complained about their service, not delivering the parcels when booked out for delivering.
This is totally unexceptable. If you order something, you need that items, so you need your parcel ti be delivered
