No delivery!

Pathetic service! I made use of the online option to renew my vehicle license disc. I never received my order, but the tracking result shows that it was delivered on the 22/04/2023. When I phone customer care, they simply tell me that the package has been delivered. They even sent me a document as "proof" that this package was signed for on the 22/04/2023, but there is no signature and not my handwriting. After explaining this to customer care, they said they will get back to me. Of course, nobody every call me back! First and last time I'm making use of SkyNet!
