No customer service

Worst experience ever with Skynet. Don't use them! There is no customer assistance at all. I had to change my delivery address due to unforeseen circumstances. I had called the number provided and waited on hold for an hour and a half with no answer, tried to communicate on the whatsapp portal, get told an agent will assist me and no one ever did. Sent an email for them to contact me with my number and they only got back to me the next day when there was nothing that they were able to do. Lack of professionalism and customer service, no enthusiasm to assist, no urgency and just a no care attitude. When they contacted me - EVENTUALLY- I get told they get an influx of calls. if you are aware of the problem fix it. Internal issues should never relay onto your customers.
