No contact, no notifications , no assistance

I placed an order with Temu and they choose Skynet Couriers. I had placed few orders with Temu before and Buffalo and Fastway were good no issues. Skynet on both occassions had problems. This last time my address was faulty and there is no communication from them. I tried calling, emailing or wattsapp and no reply or assistance. I am still waiting for my package. Very bad assistance, not helpful.
