No contact! Bad business service!

What an absolute waste of time!!! They absolutely do not answer their phones, not the local number or the call centre number. There is no response from the WhatsApp contact platform. They sen a message at 8:22 so all plans for the day go out the window. And this is through FNB. That a bank actually uses them is idiotic!!!
